The first episode of the suspense-horror movie is based on '80s Manila urban legend about a monster twin of a rich scion who abducts and eats beautiful women in the secret chambers of a department store's dressing rooms.

Regal Producers Lily and Roselle Monteverde have clarified that the 'snake feature of the film will not bear similarities with true-to-life personalities and situations.

In addition, the original creature in the urban legend is half-male, half-snake. In the newest 'Shake Rattle and Roll" film, Gonzales will play a dual role as a normal woman with a twin snake-woman.
