New San Jose Builders launches Victoria de Manila 2

MANILA, Philippines - New San Jose Builders Inc. (NSJBI), a real estate company behind the gigantic structure Philippine Arena officially launched a new high-rise condominium building - the Victoria de Manila 2 on Friday, August 29, 2014 at Ibarra’s Garden, Ermita, Manila.

With the theme “I love Manila", the company has chosen the capital city due to its distinct character and rich cultural history.

"More than a city, Manila is a breathing and living entity that has the power to captivate both its long-time residents and passersby. Manila also boasts of the best sunset view at the baywalk along Roxas Boulevard. Also at the heart of the city is the iconic Luneta Park, which houses the historical Rizal monument as well as open lawns ideal for family picnics," New San Jose Builders said in a statement.

Set to rise at the corner of Taft Avenue and General Malvar St., the Victoria de Manila 2 is easily accessible by Light Rail Transit (LRT) through the Pedro Gil and Quirino stations, and by jeepney and bus.

The building is also located near the country’s top schools, namely the De La Salle University, St. Scholastica’s College, De La Salle-College of St. Benilde, Philippine Women’s University, and the University of the Philippines Manila.

The Victoria de Manila 2 boasts of an upscale indoor sports facility that caters to tennis, basketball, and volleyball enthusiasts.

The 1,000-square meter sports facility will also feature a gym, billiards tables, and a lap pool.

NSJBI also said it will offer affordable, accessible and flexible financing packages to accommodate all types of buyers.
