At the 86th Academy Awards, host Ellen DeGeneres grabbed a bunch of A-Listers for the “best selfie ever,” and tweeted the pic — which now has over 2.5 million re-tweets, to Obama’s 780k.

The photo gained over one million in less than an hour, making it the most retweeted snap ever. DeGeneres remarked later during the ceremony for the 86th Academy Awards at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles: ‘We crashed Twitter.’
