PRC : September 2012 LET results is out!

PRC announces results for September 30, 2012 LET (Licensure Examination for Teachers) board exam in about 42 working days after the last day of exam ,November 26, 2012.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board for Professional Teachers (BPT) announces that 25,136 elementary teachers out of 50,997 examinees (49.29%) and 20,834 secondary teachers out of 47,892 examinees (43.50%) successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (L.E.T.) given last September 30, 2012 in 22 testing centers all over the Philippines.

LET is one of the most awaited board exam due to high number of takers. Examination is divided into elementary and secondary level. Both results for the two categories will be posted here.

Last September 13, 2012, PRC announced that only two (2) subjects will be given to Elementary Level beginning September 30, 2012 exam. Two subjects are the General Education and Professional Education.

Last April 3, 2011 LET, results revealed after 39 days (May 12, 2011). Same period last year, September 25, the results were announced after 52 calendar days (November 16, 2011). The first batch of LET this year which happened March 11 had its result April 23, 2012.

LET  was conducted at the following testing locations: NCR- Manila, Baguio City, Cagayan de Oro City, Cebu City, Davao City, Iloilo City, Legaspi City, Lucena City, Tacloban City, Tuguegarao City, Pagadian City, Zamboanga, Angeles, Batanes, Laoag City, Rosales, Masbate, Palawan, Sulu, Tawi-Tawi.

Good performing schools in LET are Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU), Saint Louis University (SLU-Baguio), Saint Paul University(SPU), Philippine Normal University(PNU), Centro Escolar University-Manila(CEU), Cebu institute of Technology(CIT), Palawan State University (PSU) and Mindanao State University(MSU).
